The programme covers safeguarding, equality, and giving effective feedback, while also developing your expertise in curriculum planning and professional collaboration. By the end, you’ll be ready to achieve Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status and make a lasting impact in and beyond the classroom. You’ll be supported every step of the way by your own Vocational Trainer, with regular face-to-face and online sessions. We’re also specialists in English and maths – we’ll assess your needs and give you tailored support if you need a boost.

While Functional Skills are no longer mandatory for adult apprentices (19+), literacy and numeracy skills remain essential for success.

For those without prior English and Maths qualifications, we recommend level 2 maths and level 2 English to support career growth and workplace efficiency.
