They boast the skills of employers and young people, help adults to overcome barriers to employment and create the entrepreneurs and leaders of the future. The GC Group supports the Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme, which provides fully-funded workplace training for SMEs.

Skills Training UK, with headquarters in Harrow, is a nationwide training provider for apprenticeship levy-paying employers as well as supplying traineeships and work-based training. They deliver contracts for the European Social Fund (ESF) including the course of Step Forward – Coast to Capital LEP, aimed at those aged 16+, which is designed to support small and micro businesses with staff upskilling and development, people at risk of redundancy and people who have recently been made redundant wishing to re-train or upskill.

Skills Support for the Workforce is a fully funded programme supported by a variety of training providers across a number of areas, to develop and upskill employees within small and medium-sized enterprises and large employers through recognised accredited qualifications and bespoke training packages.
