Mike Worley FIH

Mike has worked for HIT Training since the company began in 2006. He set up the Southwest region and became Operations Director in August 2013 taking up his current role of Managing Director in October 2023.

Growing up, he wanted to be a chef. 

Then, after a night covering a restaurant manager, he realised how important great teamwork is and decided to pursue a career in management. He was just 17. Throughout his career he has been fortunate to have had amazing workplace mentors unlocking his career pathway.

Mike’s strong teamwork ethos is a critical element of HIT’s success. 

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, chairs the AELP Hospitality & Catering Sector forum and is a student of the Institute of Directors.
