Gender Pay Gap
The gender pay gap shows the difference in average pay between women and men in all roles within our organisation. At the time of the snapshot date, our payroll comprised 267 employees of which 73 were male and 194 were female. This represents a 27.34% male and 72.65% female gender split (2022 figures 25.88% M and 74.12% F, 2021 figures: 27.97% M, 72.03% F, 2020 figures: 28.13% M, 71.87% F.
