Learn to identify training needs, create engaging resources, and use a range of teaching methods to support development. Build confidence in leading inclusive, interactive sessions and giving constructive feedback. You’ll explore safeguarding, equality, and how to use technology to enhance learning. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be ready to make a real impact—helping others grow, develop skills, and reach their potential. You’ll be supported every step of the way by your own Vocational Trainer, with regular face-to-face and online sessions. We’re also specialists in English and maths – we’ll assess your needs and give you tailored support if you need a boost.

While Functional Skills are no longer mandatory for adult apprentices (19+), literacy and numeracy skills remain essential for success.

For those without prior English and Maths qualifications, we recommend level 1 maths and level 1 English to support career growth and workplace efficiency.

Our tailored support ensures these skills are seamlessly integrated into the apprenticeship journey, helping every apprentice develop these vital skills.
