Higher Education Terms and Conditions
These higher education terms and conditions have been designed to identify the commitment that The Opportunity Provider Ltd will make to you when you sign up to a Higher level (Levels 5,6,7) or Degree Apprenticeship with us. It will also set out the commitments that we need from you as students of Higher level (level 6 or Level 7) or Degree Apprenticeships.

This information outlines the structure, delivery, content, and fees associated with the courses and forms part of the contractual terms between The Opportunity Provider Ltd and its students. Changes to these terms require mutual consent.
